What is a subscription? A subscription lets you set up automatic recurring deliveries for your pet's supplements. You choose the frequency, we handle the rest. No need to remember to reorder.

How do I subscribe? On any eligible product page, select the "Subscribe & Save" option before adding to your cart. Choose your delivery frequency at checkout.

How much do I save? Subscribers receive a discount on every order. The exact amount is shown on the product page before you check out.

How often will I be charged? You're charged each time an order ships, based on the delivery frequency you selected. You'll receive an email notification before each charge.

Can I change my delivery frequency? Yes. Log in to your account, go to the Subscriptions tab, and update your frequency at any time.

Can I skip or pause my subscription? Yes. From your account, you can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription entirely — no need to cancel.

How do I cancel? Log in to your account, navigate to your Subscriptions tab, and select Cancel. There are no fees or penalties for canceling.

Can I update my shipping address or payment method? Yes. Both can be updated at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.

How do I access my account? Go to the account login on our site and enter your email. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code — no password needed.
