Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Should be used with caution with cardiac and kidney problems and steroid use; may cause water retention, hypertension, and other cortisone-like side effects may occur with long term use; may interfere with or add to the effects of corticosteroid, NSAID or thyroid drugs; contraindicated in hyperthyroid disease; should not be used prior to anesthesia. Do not use with fever. (Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids) may be toxic at excessive amounts; avoid use with blood thinners. Drug interaction with Digitalis-like drugs; possible cardiac and diabetic issues. If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.
